We are a private Catholic School founded in 1929 by the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. We are a school of the San Antonio Catholic Archdiocese, members of the National Catholic Education Association and accredited by the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department. We are happy to give school tours to prospective families.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Before a student is granted an official admission, the following documents/forms are required:
  • Completed Student Application & Fees
  • Official Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Emergency Form
  • Immunization Data
  • Most recent Report Card & Test Scores (if applicable)
  • Personal Interview with Principal or Vice Principal

Age Requirements

A student must be four years of age on or before September 1 to be admitted into the PK4 program.

K

A student must be five years of age on or before September 1 to be admitted to Kindergarten.

1st grade

A student must be six years of age on or before September 1 to be admitted into the first grade. Exceptions may be made in the case of a student who has completed Kindergarten in a different state where the entering age is lower, provided there is also a written statement from the Kindergarten teacher that the student is ready for first grade.

Tuition Assistance

Mount Sacred Heart is pleased to offer financial assistance opportunities for families who qualify through two programs: HOPE FOR THE FUTURE and FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment for Mount Sacred Heart.
Hope for the Future Tuition Assistance applications for the 2019-2020 school year are now available at Hope for the Future at Hope For The Future.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment for Mount Sacred Heart
FACTS for Mount Sacred Heart is available for eligible students four years through 8th grade. Four-year-olds must turn four by September 1.
Applications for tuition assistance for the 2019-2020 school year are now available. Families can apply using the provided online application at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/45FBH
